    Trusonic is pleased to announce that it has been acquired by Fluid Media Networks, Inc.(www.fluidmedianetworks.com), a diversified music services company whose products and solutions facilitate the seamless distribution of music. Fluid Media Networks state of the art user generated media platform has enabled the company to partner with some of the biggest music industry brands including American Idol, Sony and iTunes.
  2. Will Fluid Media Networks retain Trusonic's existing management?

    Trusonic has a strong management team with a proven track record that Fluid Media Networks views as a strategic asset of the business. The management team will remain in place continuing to manage day-to-day operations and Trusonic will maintain its La Jolla, California location.
  3. Will Trusonic customers be affected by the acquisition?

    Yes, customers will benefit from the combined resources of the company. The combined company will have a larger music catalog for customer selection and we plan to apply both companies. resources to offer the very best value-added products and services. Furthermore, we remain committed to the existing product, the MBOX platform and VAR partners. Trusonic will continue to operate the business as usual.
  4. Will Trusonic's music offerings be changing?

    Trusonic has always driven towards supplying its customers with the right music for their business and brand. We will continue to offer turnkey music solutions and are committed to assembling the largest portfolio of licensing partnerships from major record labels, independent artists and musicians world-wide.
  5. Will there be any changes in pricing for Trusonic subscriptions?

    There are no plans at this time to change any product or pricing plans.
  6. What will happen to the Trusonic Value Added Reseller network?

    Trusonic and Fluid Media Networks view the existing VAR relationships as a strategic asset of the business and remain fully committed to the VAR channel.
  7. Will Trusonic continue to deliver new technologies and web services?

    Yes! We have exciting product plans in the works and we continue listening to the feedback from our resellers and clients. We are incorporating these ideas and suggestions into future releases of our software, hardware and music solutions.
  8. What happens to the Trusonic Independent Artist catalog?

    The Trusonic Independent Artist catalog of over 1.5 million tracks from 240,000 artists remains in tact. And customers will benefit from a combined independent artists catalog with over 2 million tracks, making it the strongest independent artists catalog in the world.
