Exit Strategy Through Trading Capabilities

The access to capital and shareholder liquidity resulting from an actively traded secondary market for our common stock will differentiate us from traditional private venture capital funds by potentially reducing the pressure for us to take certain actions that may be detrimental to the interests of our shareholders.

By having a active secondary market for its common stock, Infinity provides its investors, especially small, less sophisticated investors, with liquidity (the ability to sell one's shares within a market), a quality that is relatively unheard of among traditional private equity investments. These investments normally require investors to wait anywhere from five to seven years before they can get their money out.

Infinity intends to list its shares on a public exchange, on OTCBB, or on a higher exchange like AMEX, depending on if that company can meet the listing requirements. By trading on at least the NASDAQ’s Over The Counter Bulletin Board (OTC: BB) market, Infinity's investors will have a place to buy and sell their private equity investment whenever they want.
